Include ${top_srcdir} in substituted DX_BASEDIR.

As far as I can tell I've never used this feature.  When I tried to
use this value in a makefile it quickly failed in VPATH builds for
obvious reasons.  So it seems reasonable to include this make
variable in the substitution so things just work.
